What if my piece is damaged?
If your item has been delivered faulty or damaged, please contact Misgracefuljewels@gmail.com within 7 days of ordering and I will send you a replacement free of charge or refund you.
What if I decide I don't like the jewellery I ordered?
If you are not happy with a product, simply contact Misgracefuljewels@gmail.com and return the item to me within 14 days of order for a full refund or exchange. Please note delivery charges are non refundable, and the cost of returning the item is your responsibility. New items will be sent free of charge. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
Are there any items I can't return?
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings, for hygiene reasons.
